class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>On me pose souvent la question suivante : \u00ab\u00a0Qu&rsquo;est-ce que le bien-\u00eatre au travail ?\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>De nombreuses personnes associent le bien-\u00eatre au travail \u00e0 des pratiques agr\u00e9ables telles qu&rsquo;une s\u00e9ance de m\u00e9ditation sur Zoom ou des fruits \u00e0 la caf\u00e9t\u00e9ria. L&rsquo;approche traditionnelle a consist\u00e9 \u00e0 offrir des avantages et des programmes qui ne sont qu&rsquo;une aide temporaire.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est bien plus que cela !<\/p>\n<p>Bien que ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments soient utiles et souvent appr\u00e9ci\u00e9s par les employ\u00e9s, ils ne vont pas jusqu&rsquo;au bout de la strat\u00e9gie d&rsquo;une organisation visant \u00e0 soutenir v\u00e9ritablement le bien-\u00eatre des employ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Une strat\u00e9gie solide de bien-\u00eatre au travail doit prendre en compte l&rsquo;ensemble de l&rsquo;environnement de travail : les valeurs de l&rsquo;organisation, la mani\u00e8re dont les employ\u00e9s sont \u00e9valu\u00e9s, o\u00f9, quand et comment les gens travaillent, et comment les gens g\u00e8rent, communiquent et interagissent ensemble, pour n&rsquo;en citer que quelques-uns.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;approche la plus polyvalente que j&rsquo;ai trouv\u00e9e en tant que professionnelle des ressources humaines pour utiliser les meilleures pratiques qui contribuent \u00e0 cr\u00e9er les meilleures conditions possibles sur le lieu de travail.<\/p>\n<p>Le bien-\u00eatre doit \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9 au lieu de travail par le biais d&rsquo;une analyse, d&rsquo;une planification, d&rsquo;une programmation et d&rsquo;actions syst\u00e9matiques, d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9es et intentionnelles. Tout d&rsquo;abord, le bien-\u00eatre au travail doit \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme la responsabilit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;<strong>ensemble de l&rsquo;<\/strong> organisation et pas seulement des ressources humaines, traditionnellement consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme les gardiens de l&rsquo;organisation.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9quipes de direction ne peuvent plus se contenter d&rsquo;affirmer du bout des l\u00e8vres que les personnes sont leur principal atout, tout en adoptant des comportements pr\u00e9judiciables et souvent toxiques qui vont totalement \u00e0 l&rsquo;encontre de cette affirmation.
