My vision with HR Connect is to leverage meaningful human connections for a thriving work-life, whether you lead a team or are building your individual career.

Before I founded HR Connect, I honed my listening, communication and business skills as a global HR professional at great organizations in the biotech, software, internet marketing, advertising, and hospitality industries.

After more than 20 years working in strategic and operational HR roles, I started to see some troubling trends happening in the workplace: people were struggling to stay on top of their workload, there was an uptick in absences due to stress, exhaustion and even burnout, and employees were often distressed and pessimistic about their career opportunities.

As an internal HR resource, I did not have the time or the bandwidth to fully address these issues, and I wanted to do more.  That is why I founded HR Connect.

I have made Workplace Well-Being the core focus of my business.  Through my activities as an HR Consultant, Career Coach, Trainer and Teacher, I am convinced that when organizations make concerted efforts to address the holistic well-being of their employees, the results are transformational for both the individual and the organization.
