Initial consultation

During the initial consultation, we take into account the specific needs and the current reality of your organization along with the goals that you have in mind for the future.

We examine and review:

  • the current work environment: physical working conditions, availability of break areas, food and drink offerings (paid or free), seating conditions, etc.
  • benefits and programs currently on offer
  • data and records that related to workplace well-being such as absenteeism, and health and
    safety records

We get in touch with a select group of employees either through 1:1 interviews or employee surveys to understand their reality and take them through the HR Connect workplace well-being checklist.

We work together with you to create a well-being plan to support employees and promote your organization’s vision, values and purpose.

We always measure and evaluate all of our programs after they are completed to fully understand the impact and ROI.
